Tri-TownTheatre Summer 2024 Opportunity for teens ages 13-18
MasterClass sessions for students in acting, singing and dance to be taught by NYC-based coaches for a full production experience.  Their hopes are to facilitate an environment where art can be utilized to help learn about real life especially as it relates to societal pressures.  This is an opportunity to learn and collaborate in order to create a well-rounded performance with a hope to strengthen the foundation of young people interested in the performing arts.    




NEWS FROM THE NINEVEH PUBLIC LIBRARY:  Just a three-minute drive from school is the Nineveh Public Library, located at 3029 NY-7 between the Hornet’s Nest and the Nineveh Post Office. Operating hours are Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Closed Sunday. Sheriff Camp
Are you a parent/guardian of a child ages 9-12? Is your child interested in attending the Broome County Sheriff’s weeklong cap at Keuka Lake for a week this summer? This camp includes Sheriff Demonstrations (K9’s, Helicopter, Motorcycle, Horse, & more!), Water Activities (boating, swimming, water volleyball, & more!), campfires, and additional activities (such as archery, hiking, tug of war, soccer, arts and crafts). There are two week-long sessions (June 30th to July 6th and August 4th to August 10th), and your child will stay at the campgrounds throughout this time.  If you or your child are interested, please contact WA Olmsted School Social Worker Ms. Juli Cox at 607-693-5792 for additional information and application materials. Applications are due back to Ms. Cox no later than March 26th, 2024 in order to be submitted on time to the state.

https://www.findhelp.org/ can connect families to a variety of services based on particular needs. It includes food programs, housing, housing goods like fans and dryers, transportation, financial assistance and legal support. 
 
https://ocfs.ny.gov/programs/cwcs/hears.php The HEARS family line assists parents and families by providing resources and referrals to a variety of services. Caring representatives guide families to services including food, clothing, housing, medical and behavioral health care services, parenting education and childcare. Representatives are available to help Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 pm

COLESVILLE COMMUNITY PANTRY 
No One Should Go Hungry!
The pantry is open to all Town of Colesville and Harpursville Central School District residents. The pantry hours are 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of the month. If you are unable to stand in line or are disabled, you are welcome to pick up food at 9:30 AM  CLICK HERE to view flyer!
Donations: Food items must not be outdated and should have a shelf life of at least six months. The pantry cannot accept dented cans. Monetary donations can be mailed to: Colesville Community Pantry, P.O. Box 62, Harpursville, NY 13787. Thank you to all who have contributed in the past!
