Student Attendance


                     

Research shows that students who are in school consistently are more likely to pass classes, graduate on time, and have lasting, meaningful relationships with teachers and peers!  Our guidance team has a variety of tool that can assist our families and students with attendance issues.  Please let us know how we can help!

We welcome calls from parents/guardians when a student is going to be absent or late for school.  For any absence, please contact the attendance office with applicable dates and reason for the absence.  Thank you.

STUDENT REGISTRATIONS


To register a student in the Harpursville Central School District, please contact the Student Records office, currently located in the District Office in the Jr/Sr High School Building, at (607)693-8108.  The forms below must be submitted, along with the documents listed.  

Special Education Records Releases.doc (For students receiving special education services.)

Documents Required
1. Birth Certificate
2. Health Records: immunizations and proof of last physical
3. Proof of Residency (utility bill, address change notification from the post office, pay stub, rental agreement, purchase contract, etc.)
4. Proof of Custody (if applicable)
