Colesville Community Pantry

No One Should Go Hungry!

With the holiday season never that far away, the Colesville Community Pantry accepts food and monetary donations from the citizens of the community to ensure that the pantry will be able to provide adequate nourishment for the pantry families.

The pantry is open to all Town of Colesville residents. Just bring proof of residency for yourself and proof for each member of the household.  Identification for each participating family member is also required.  The pantry hours are 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of the month.  A mobile food pantry is held on the third Thursday of each month and is open to everyone, with no residency requirements. The pantry would like to thank Jim Dalpiaz and the Interact Club for helping at each mobile food pantry.

Senior citizens or disabled citizens needing food packed for pick up due to inability to stand in line may call 693-2831 the night before the pantry to have their food packed and ready to pick up.

Emergency food needs: call 693-1228 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Donations: Food items must not be outdated and should have a shelf life of at least six months. The pantry cannot accept dented cans. Monetary donations can be mailed to:  Colesville Community Pantry, P.O. Box 62, Harpursville, NY 13787.

Thank you to all who have contributed in the past.
