Budget, Bus, and Board of Education Vote Results

Thank you to everyone in the HCS school community who came out to vote for our 2022-2023 budget, bus proposition, and Board of Education seats.   The budget passed 81-19, the buses passed 78-20, and both unopposed candidates, Kacie Huston (90 votes) and Nicole Robertson (84 votes), were elected to the Board of Education.  Your support is sincerely appreciated!

Our Teachers Rock!!! ...and so do our students!!!!!

HCS is SO PROUD to announce that the following students have for the FIRST TIME EVER earned the prestigious NYS Seal of Biliteracy under the tutelage of Mr. Robert Blendinger !!  The students participated in a rigorous examination process also including half hour interviews and spontaneous Q and A required to speak in the target language:  Kyle Colsten -  Nico Hadlick - Zack Pike - Ben Williams - Sarah Young

10 – Makenna Lowe, 9-Caidence Ryder, 8-Zachary Pike, 7- Hailey Lancaster, 6-Kyle Colsten, 5- Joshua Powell, 4-Benjamin Williams, 3-Abigail Lyon, 2-Justin Fargo - SALUTATORIAN, 1-Sarah Young - VALEDICTORIAN  
Top Ten Seniors will be honored with a luncheon on May 13 with Senator Akshar, B-T BOCES Superintendent Al Buyck, Principal Conrow, Superintendent Rullo and Graduation Coordinator Mr. Jason Lyon at the very popular Main Street Grill and cafe in Afton, NY.
 
...and leading the class of 2023 is Madison Fleming and Sophia Konidis!   Congratulations Madison and Sophia!!!
