Mission Statement
The mission of the Harpursville JR/SR High school library is to foster the student’s educational curiosity and help them successfully search for information and ideas for their educational, informational, and recreational needs. This mission is accomplished by:
Teaming with students to create a student-centered library that provides both educational and recreational materials
Collaborating with faculty to provide instruction and resources that assist in the learning process
Providing the up-to-date resources to both students and staff that will both enrich and support the curriculum
Promoting lifelong literacy and learning
