Hello! We are excited to announce the After School Program for Elementary Students! We are
working hard to create a program that incorporates both fun and learning!
After School Program
Who: All HCS students in grades K-6 are eligible to participate
What: Wellness activities (Fitness, Sports, Yoga, Healthy Living Habits, Personal
Hygiene), Art, Kinesthetic activities (hands-on learning and additional
opportunities), Educational opportunities (math, reading, ELA), Social Emotional
Learning (including Social Skills), Music, and more!
Dates: Monday-Thursday: October 23rd, 2023-May 23, 2024
Times: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM (when school is in session).
Dinner will be provided for ALL program participants!
Bus routes and drop off locations (the Late Bus format) are located below.

My name is Juli Cox, I am an LMSW and work with students in the WA Olmsted Elementary
building. This opportunity to engage with students of all ages in both academic and after school
settings is very exciting for me. I am excited to begin this program, and we are planning to start
on October 23, 2023. We would like for students to have every opportunity to be a part of this
enriching program. Enrollment is open NOW and will CLOSE on October 18, 2023. There
are limited spots available so please enroll ASAP to ensure a spot for your child!
**A separate enrollment form must be completed for EACH participant!**
Following enrollment, your student will be provided with a medical form and permission slip
that will be sent home with them through their teacher. Please review this form and send it back
to the WA Olmsted Elementary Main Office or via email to
[email protected] as soon as
possible. Students can not stay for the after school program until the medical form is completed
and returned.
