Harpursville CSD Summer Program Registration Now Open

We are excited to announce the Harpursville CSD 2026 Summer Programs. We are working hard to create a program that incorporates both fun and learning. The theme this year will be “America’s 250th Birthday!”

Summer Enrichment Program for Elementary Students

Who:   All HCS students entering grades K-6 in the Fall of 2026 are eligible

What: STEM Activities, Wellness (Swimming, Activities, Games), Art, Crafts, Games, Cooking, Language (Grades 3-6), Cultural Experiences and more!

Dates:  Mon-Thurs from July 6-July 30, 2026

Times: 8:00 AM (drop off) - 2:00 (departure)- busing is available for both trips

Summer Zone for Junior/Senior High Students 

Who:   All HCS students entering grades 7-9 in the Fall of 2026 are eligible

What:   Activities that include STEAM activities, crafts, games, field trips, physical and emotional well-being activities

Dates:  Mon-Thurs from July 6-July 30, 2026

Times: 8:00 AM (drop off) - 2:00 PM (departure) - busing is available for both trips (students may also do the Summer Fitness Program in the morning- please see below)

Summer Fitness Program for Junior/Senior High Students

Who: All HCS students entering grades 7-12 in the Fall of 2026 are eligible (students in grades 7th-9th in the Fall of 2026 may also do Summer Zone- please see above)

What:   Activities that include both cardiovascular fitness and strength training

Dates:  Mon-Thurs from July 6-July 30, 2026

Times: 8:00 AM (drop off) - 11:00 AM (parent/guardian pick up) - busing is available only for the trip TO school unless the child is also in the Summer Zone (students in grades 7-9 in the Fall of 2026 only)

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all program participants!

Bus routes and pick up/drop off locations (the Late Bus format) are located in the registration portion of the packet. Please reference this for the sign-up form. Enrollment is open now and will close on Friday, May 15, 2026 (this is for online and paper copies).

A separate enrollment form and the medical/permission form must be completed for EACH participant. 

Students will be notified of their acceptance status after the close of the enrollment period. Additional communication will follow. 

Medical/Permission Slips: The attached required medical/permission slip has instructions on it.  Your child will NOT be registered and cannot attend camp without this form. You need to turn this in as soon as possible whether you sign up online or via a paper copy. Please keep this informational letter. 

If your child will need to take ANY medication this summer, you need to have your provider complete the proper paperwork which will be emailed or sent home to you. This does NOT rollover from the previous school year. Please contact me regarding this to avoid delays or problems. This must be filed with our school nurse no later than June 12th, 2026.
