Michelle Noyes

My name is Michelle Noyes and for the past ten years, I have had the privilege of serving on the Harpursville Central School District Board of Education. As I seek reelection for my third five-year term, I remain deeply committed to the success of our students, the dedication of our employees, and the continued strength of our community.

Serving on the board has been both an honor and a responsibility that I take seriously. I have worked diligently to listen to the voices of parents, staff, and students, and to make decisions that reflect our shared values. Our district is built on a foundation of collaboration, and I believe that open communication and transparency are essential to maintaining trust and moving forward together.

One of my top priorities has always been fiscal responsibility. As stewards of taxpayer dollars, it is the board’s duty to ensure that every decision is made with careful consideration of both current needs and long-term sustainability. I am proud of the work we have done to maintain a balanced budget while still supporting programs and initiatives that enhance the educational experience for our students.

Most of all, I am proud of the people who make Harpursville what it is. Our teachers, staff, and administrators go above and beyond for our students, and our students continue to inspire us with their determination and achievements. It is this shared pride in our district that motivates me to continue serving. I am committed to supporting an environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed, where educators feel valued and supported, and where innovation and growth are encouraged.

As we look to the future, there will be challenges, but also opportunities to build on the progress we have made. I am eager to continue serving our community, working collaboratively with fellow board members and district leadership to ensure that Harpursville remains a place where students can thrive.

I respectfully ask for your support and your vote so that I may continue to serve with dedication, integrity, and a strong commitment to our district’s success.

Tom Fargo

My name is Tom Fargo, and I am proud to announce that I am seeking re-election to the Harpursville Central School District Board of Education for a five-year term, having previously had the honor of serving a three-year term.

My experience as a current board member has been both rewarding and meaningful. It has given me the opportunity to work alongside dedicated individuals who are deeply committed to the success of our students, staff, and community. I am eager to continue contributing my experience and perspective to help guide the district forward.

I moved to Harpursville with my family in 2007 after serving 21 years in the United States Navy. I currently serve as the Director of Facilities and Transportation at DCMO BOCES and as the Legion Commander for the Harpursville American Legion Post 1596. My professional background provides me with a unique ability to offer insight into facilities, operations, and student safety and security—areas that are critical to maintaining a strong and supportive learning environment.

As a father of six, I have had the privilege of watching my children grow and learn within the Harpursville community. This district has provided tremendous opportunities for students across academics, athletics, the arts, and extracurricular programs, and I remain committed to ensuring those opportunities continue for future generations.

I am running for re-election because I want to continue giving back to the community that has given so much to my family. I will remain committed to making thoughtful, responsible decisions that serve the best interests of our students, staff, and residents.

Thank you for your continued support and consideration.

Kelly Nabinger

My name is Kelly Nabinger, and I am currently serving on the Harpursville Central School District Board of Education through an interim appointment. Over the past four months, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into this role, learning the inner workings of our district. I am now seeking election to continue working on ways to support student success, educators, and our community.

I am a 2006 graduate of this district. In 2010, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta. For nine years, I worked with the New York State Office of Mental Health, supporting both children and adults. For the past four years, I have served as an Analyst for New York State. This experience has strengthened my ability to make thoughtful, well-supported decisions.

I would be honored to continue serving our district. As a graduate of this school, I want to help ensure that every student has access to the same opportunities, support, and encouragement that I received.

Thank you for your support.
