Dear Harpursville Families,

As we begin to look ahead to the upcoming school year, we’d like to share some important information and key dates regarding Fall Sports.

Fall Sports Start Dates:
Varsity Sports: Begin on August 18
Modified Sports: Begin on August 25

Online Registration:
All students must be registered online at www.registermyathlete.com
Registration is now open for all Harpursville students.

Required Physical Exams:
New York State requires all student-athletes to have a NYS School Health Exam completed within the past year in order to participate in sports.

If your child had a physical last year prior to the 2024 Fall Sports season, their physical would expire before the start of 2025 Fall Sports. If your child has already had a physical at their provider’s office, please have it faxed to:

If your child still needs a physical, we encourage you to schedule one early in the summer, as provider offices tend to book up quickly in August and September.

Free Physicals at School:
We will also be offering sports physicals at the High School Health Office on the following dates:

Monday, August 19 & Monday, August 26
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Details: No insurance needed. Physicals are free and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
