At our school board meeting on June 15, 2022, we celebrated our newly tenured faculty as well as our faculty and administrators tenured during the pandemic.  Two teachers are even on their second tenure at HCS!  Congratulations to: Rob Blendinger, Jacqueline Buckler, Ashley Gay, Victoria Grassi, Patrick Kelly, Sara Korba, Mark Muller, Paige Thomas-Lavine and Ashley Bianchi!  Tenured during the pandemic were:  Joseph McLaughlin, James DiMaria and Judith Salton.  Paul Peterson and Christine Gates have now both been tenured twice!  

An excerpt from the proclamations distributed to each tenured staff member reads that "it is the mission of the Harpursville Central School District to develop life-long learners who believe, are empowered, and engaged to achieve their goals. That through the efforts of the entire community, we will develop students who believe they are capable, creative and important; are empowered to promote positivity and take ownership in their education; are engaged citizens in our school and community".  These staff have certainly been working hard at this and we are very proud of them!
