On February 18, the Harpursville Girls Basketball team won their fourth consecutive Midstate Athletic Conference Championship with a 48-27 victory over Oxford.  Harpursville started the game with a 12-0 run and the amazing defense continued throughout the game.  Leading the way for the Lady Hornets was Savannah Murray with 17 points, including back to back 3 pointers in the 3^rd quarter that pushed the lead to nineteen. Amanda Frayer finished with 16 points and Miranda Drummond added 8 points. 

Team members include:  Savannah Murray, Marci Ritter, Amanda Frayer, Emily McElwain, Esperanza Guttierrez, Shelby Medovich, Kayleigh Livermore, Tatiana Sosnowsky, Miranda Drummond, and JV call-ups Madison Paugh, Loren Murrer, and Holly Henry.  The Lady Hornets are coached by Kurt Ehrensbeck.
