The Basic Educational Data System (BEDS) or Electronic Personnel Master File (ePMF) system has gone completely automated online by New York State. You will be shortly receiving an email with further instructions to help you begin this process from NYSED. The system is set to be activated on October 12th!
Please do not wait, this information should be inputted into the TAA portal no later than October 28, 2016.

- Know your student counts as of October 5, 2016
- Under the Staff Links access the BEDS form (TEACH)
- Can't remember your log on information...refer to the RESET form
