We welcome calls from parents/guardians when a student is going to be absent or late for school.  Following any absence, a written note must be submitted to the attendance office within 3 days of the student's return to school. The note should include the dates and reason for the absence.


 
TO REGISTER A STUDENT

To register a student in the Harpursville Central School District, please visit the Student Records office, currently located in the high school building, room 114.  The registration form below must be submitted, along with the documents listed:

Harpursville Central School District Registration Form:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Health Records: immunizations and proof of last physical
3. Proof of Residency (utility bill, address change notification from the post office, pay stub, rental agreement, purchase contract, etc.)
4. Proof of Custody (if applicable)
